Elizabethtown Sports Park Announces New Event Operations Manager 

(Elizabethtown, KY) April 15, 2022: Elizabethtown Sports Park has chosen Brandt Pawley to serve as the Event Operations Manager. Elizabethtown Sports Park is a premier outdoor sports facility spearheaded by Elizabethtown Tourism and managed in a partnership with The Sports Facilities Companies (SFC). 

Pawley was raised in Elizabethtown and is a graduate of Central Hardin High School (16), where he played baseball. Pawley continued playing at the collegiate level while attending Franklin College, where he graduated with a degree in marketing. Brandt decided to come back to his hometown in the hopes of pursuing a career in sports tourism. 

Pawley shared his enthusiasm, stating: “I’m very excited to be joining the team at Elizabethtown Sports Park. It’s great to be back in my hometown. I am looking forward to seeing guests’ sports-related experiences have a huge impact on their lives, much like they did for me growing up.” 

As Event Operations Manager, Brandt will be focused on improving the events hosted at the sports park and optimizing the guest experience. Facilities Operations Manager of the Sports Park, Will Young commented, “We are thrilled to have Brandt joining us and adding his experience to our team. As an Elizabethtown native, Brandt will help us elevate our local events. His experience will assist in maintaining our relationships with our national brands and he will also be a vital asset in recruiting and training staff members for the upcoming season.”
